Who we are
Adrian partners with a wide range of organisations on people management, from growing SMEs to large global businesses. He is an experienced HR Director, and has held HR leadership positions with two large organisations; he has also worked as a consultant with over twenty businesses in multiple sectors. He has a BA in History from Lancaster University, is MCIPD qualified, and lives on the South Coast. When not working, he can normally be found in a kayak or on a mountain bike with his two young boys.
Jerry works with the team in a Non-Executive capacity, a role he plays with a number of growing SMEs. He brings deep expertise in building and growing businesses – his last venture, CPH consulting, was a recruitment outsourcing business that grew from start up to having over 100 staff, before being sold to WilsonHCG. He lives in Oxfordshire and is a keen sportsman, being chair of his local tennis club, following rugby and enjoying hiking and travel.
Charlotte partners with businesses on a wide range of people management issues, including organisation design, talent management, employee engagement and HR transformation. She has partnered with a range of clients in Financial Services, Pharmaceuticals and Engineering. Before joining Counterpoint, Charlotte worked leading talent management for the UK’s largest charity. She has a BA (Hons) in Geography from Leeds University, and lives in Bristol with her young family. She is a qualified yoga teacher and regularly runs yoga classes locally.
Tracey works with small and medium sized businesses, helping them to establish great HR practices, build their culture and retain the “spark” that makes then unique. She has extensive experience with large, blue-chip organisations across Europe, both in leading HR teams and working in talent and reward. She is MCIPD qualified, has an LLB from Brunel university, and lives in Surrey. When she is not busy advising clients, she enjoys spending time with her family and friends and also engaging her creative talents, particularly in writing.
Amy works as operations manager, helping the team deliver great service. She also works with clients on project management assignments and in running tender processes (particularly for HR software). Before joining Counterpoint, Amy worked with global accountancy and private equity firms, and has run many successful projects and large-scale events. She has a BA(Hons) from Durham University and is MCIPD qualified. She lives in West Sussex, and balances work with bringing up her two young children and volunteering with local children’s organisations.
